Sue Smith alerted members at our last evening meeting, that this request was heading our way - well here it is. If anyone can assist; members, family or friends, please no not hesitate to share the following details.
"Hi everyone,
We're now in a position to seek volunteers for the two days, being 26th and 27th August.
If you can reply to me please by COB Thursday 18th August. Earlier is better to guarantee your time/place as there will inevitably be some need to massage the schedule.
Those who wish to volunteer as a collector please reply to me with:

- Mobile number
- Email address (if not in the above address list)
- Preferred time/place (refer to the attached schedule).
Please feel free to volunteer for more than one shift if convenient and to ask friends if they'd also like to collect.
