- Gary reminded members that the Club Assembly will be held on May 26th - An opportunity for our Co-President Elects to share their plans for the coming year.
- At the Assembly, we also need to film members singing the Club's "Anthem" to be shown at the upcoming District Conference. A good turnout would be appreciated - a prize of $1,000 is sitting waiting for us to collect!
Peter B:
- Peter, Gary and Kevin meet earlier in the week with other interested parties to further progress discussions on how St. Johns can continue to support the work being conducted at Apirana Reserve.
Guest Speaker:
- No guest speaker at this meeting which was billed as a fellowship night as detailed in the Presidents Pen column above. Although attendee numbers were less than had been hoped, those in attendance enjoyed a very pleasant night of food and Bingo.
